Live Jazz during the week has become a well received staple to our cafè . We have many popular local groups who perform at the cafè regularly. One of the groups, Jeff Isaac's Post Modern Jazz Quartet also is part of our Jazz Jam Showcase which is scheduled the last Wednesday of every month. A guest performer always joins PMJQ which adds to the talented group showcase evenings.
We also have partnered with many local arts organizations for special events such as Vaudeville Nouveau, fun filled Sunday evenings of music, song, prose, and comedy. Vaudeville Nouveau was benefit for the Bloomington Playwrights Project. We continue to offer new entertainment evenings that highlight our talented staff, many of whom are IU music students. La Bella Diva and The Final Farewell were evenings of Music, Murder and Mystery.
Upcoming events will include a murder mystery set in the 1920's on Halloween and Beaujolais Nouveau in November.
